Before founding True North, Julie Spence spent over 30 years leading growth, sales, and strategy across the healthcare technology industry. She worked at the intersection of innovation and communication — helping complex organizations clarify their message, scale their reach, and lead through change.
Along the way, she noticed something: the principles that build trust in enterprise — clarity, collaboration, and calm under pressure — are the same ones small businesses need to grow, but rarely have access to.
